I turned my Note 7 in to a Sprint corporate store on Oct 11th in order to receive a refund. I still have not yet received my money back. It has been almost two weeks. How long does this normally take to get your money back?

Thanks for the question. All customers should get a refund for charges including down payment, monthly payments on the device, and taxes paid for Installment Billing, as a bill credit which can take up to 30 days. As of 10/13 no down payment should be required for any customer exchanging from a Note 7 to a device of equal or lessor value.

it can take up to 3 billing cycles to get it back to you. one of the agents however can probably look into the status of it for you.

I just did a chat online with a sprint rep and he said that the Note 7 has not yet been returned to Sprint. I took this to a corporate store on October 12th. This has been almost a month ago. I have the receipt from the Sprint store when the device was returned. I have no clue what to do. I think I am gonna get screwed on this. Hoping Sprint_Juan could look into this. I have the reciept that I can send you.
