I try to sign on to Sprint.com and everytime it sends a one time pass code to my email that I have to go retrieve and paste in before it will go any further. Is this going to happen every time I sign on?
You indeed may be asked to receive and submit a code before performing a number of activities on Sprint.com or when ordering a phone through Telesales. This is part of a 2 factor authentication system we've instituted in order to help protect our customers from account fraud.
