Unable to view and print bill. After clicking on "Printer-friendly Version (PDF)", a new window is opened and indicates "Done" but it's blank. Is anyone having this problem?
Have updated and tried changing Acrobat Reader settings as suggested somewhere in this forum but didn't have any luck.
I'm sorry that you're having this issue. I tested it and I was able to open the .PDF version for billing with no problems. Have you ever had this issue previously? Would it be possible for you to attempt opening them from another computer?
I was able to render a PDF Firefox 4 as well as from Chrome 12 and IE 6. What browser are you using? I did notice, that it did take a few seconds to render the PDF. My suggestion is to clear your cache and try again.
Problem is ongoing--can't recall having a problem in connection with viewing and downloading bill. Thanks for your consideration with this glitch.
Update: Able to view and print bill with Apple Safari browser but not with IE8 or 9.
