How come my call log is 2 days behind? My wife is telling me she has recieved a phone call from an unknown number when we look at our account my call log is up to date by the hour. Her call log is 2 days behind and refreshes about 10am every day but still 2 days behind? She is in the mountains right now visiting family but she gets signal. Why is our call log 2 days behind?
While it is possible that she is getting a signal it may be a roaming signal if so we will not be able to update the account until we get the information from the roaming partner. Also it is possible she is on an afilliate network. which will show as Sprint but we do not get the call information real time to update call log on line.
