What Happened To Online Chat/Help Customer Care Assistance?
What happened to the SPRINT online Chat feature? I'm hard of hearing and prefer written help, over oral help. I'm trying to upgrade one of our family's older phones to an I-Phone 5. Yet when I click on the "Upgrade this Phone" link, and then choose the "I-Phone 5", it forces me to ADD A LINE. I don't want to add a line...just simply replace an older phone with a newer phone. Is there any other carrier that still values its customers enough to have online assistance readily available?? Thanks in advance.
