You let someone steal my account despite double password

Someone I have never heard of walked into a sprint store on 6/9/11, and remotely disconnected your phone, and had a rep activate his new phone, 3 attempts were made.  I call the store that did it and they denied it (called on my wife's phone), then magically the phone turned back on 5 minutes after denial, reset my entire sprint account, that kept giving data errors when "Joe Herran" was having a ball after stealing my line.  I am a nurse and have that line linked with hundreds of hipaa protected information sources.

I disconnected my lines, you bill me the termination fee, I'll see you in court. I just got finished photographing all the evidence before this login is dc'd
