So, I leased a Samsung Galaxy watch on May 11th. Sprint decided to begin my lease payment beginning in April, and Sprint is now charging me lease and monthly service charges for a watch I didn't have.
I have chatted, called, and gone to the store for help with getting my bill and account corrected with hours invested and NO resolution. At the store they actually told me they couldn't help and I had to call again.
Now that I have the devices and services I am trapped in a contract and now being demanded to pay or I will be terminated of my services as a whole because I chose to short pay my bill to what it should be.
I am lost at how to get this corrected. Beyond frustrated.
