Good morning, my nam is Dora Brown, above is my phone number and security code. I had a family emergency and failed to make a payment arrangement with Sprint prior to today. My service is off and I need assistance. I can not obtain access to a CUSTOMER SERVICE Rep to make an arrangement for payment. I have been a customer with you since July 2001. I need some assistnace. It is an emergency and I need my phone for work. I need my service to be reconnected. I can make the total payment on 04/25/17 for the entire bill. Please Help!
