I am now on my 5th replacement phone through the phone insurance I pay for each month. I have been on three separate customer service about this issue. Each time I am transferred multiple times, dropped call (not lost signal, just dropped) with no call back to finish the issue. The last date I called, after the 9th person & 2 hours, I was fed up. I get a different answer everytime I talk with someone else. 10 years with sprint & the issues continue, lack of customer service is my only problem.
I would like to lodge a formal complaint & customer service will not give me a number outside of customer service.
If anyone has an upper management contact I would greatly appreciate.
