Yep, and I've been with sprint nearly 10 years now and in the last four years their service has gone to crap. They make a mistake on my bill and overcharge me every month on a pretty regular basis. Fixing it generally requires at least one 2 hour call, sometimes two or three 2 hour calls.
I've got an ace up my sleeve to get out of the contract without ETF though.
Good riddance too, I don't even think their customer support people read this forum. It's no wonder sprint is hemorhraging customers, this company should DIAF.
