lookout app. why keep promoting it?

Been told numerous times that it is terrible for my phone. But sprint keeps it promoted on a regular basis.

Customer service verses tech support. who's right? Makes phone sluggish when loaded.

Who tells you that lookout is terrible for your mobile phone and did they explain why?

why tech support did when trying to figure out why phone was locking up.

They said it was not needed and deleted it saying it was lagging phone.

Each time phone went in for service they said lookout maybe causing the issues.

And since not on phone now there are fewer issues.

Lookout has never slow down my samsung moment ever.

Point is that customer service promotes it while the phone repair technicians say get rid of it.

If you have not experienced any issue with your phone then you have not been advised that

it might be the issue. If I could record the things that are said while having discussions

with individuals within sprint then it could be heard by all. Then so many issues that are

posted on these forums would sound like more than just ranting.
