my phone is broken, I need a new one

I have an Instinct S30 and it fell out of my pocket onto the ground and the screen broke, it's cracked. I can still use the phone, but the screen doesn't work anymore. I have insurance on the phone. What do I need to do?

My Phone is broken, and i need a new one i had a HTC EVO 4G. My phone had recently broken today and i have insurance on my phone and would like to be send a new one so once you recieve this message i would like for you to atleast reply back.
