I just used my insurance plan to replace my Blackberry Curve 8330 with an identical phone. I had my contact transferred over at a Sprint store and now that I am on the road with it, I'm realizing I'm missing tons of contacts! Also, I'm not getting my email and I have no internet browser available in my applications, so I can't even send myself those items I'm missing. HELP!
Sounds like their could have been a provisioning problem If you go to manage connections > Mobile network options then hit the menu button it should say either (start provisioning Or update profile ) try doing this if that fails to work then try contacting tech support. as for email it could be possible that you need to Update ur pin in BIS( bB internet server)
