No log of text messages available online. You can however view your current and past phone call log online.
If you are in need of your text details, we can create a case on your account to obtain this information, per your request. This will not include text content, only details.
Sprint sends a consent form in 10 business days (via mail, email or fax) to the account holder or a business' authorized contact (as identified in CSM). They must notarize and return based on the methods listed on the consent form within 14 calendar days. Cases are closed if not received within 14 calendar days.
Upon receipt of the notarized form, Sprint provides billed text messaging detail only via postal mail within 10 business days.
