Airave and text messaging not receiving on evo

I just got the new model airave in, and everything works fine except text messaging. I have the EVO. I can send text messages but can't receive them. Anyone having the same problem? As of now, I have a case opened with sprint and waiting to here back from them...

I am havign this same problem. Txt messages are undelivered about 80% of the time. I have FULL bars, am on the airave, and calls work fine.

any advice??????????????????????

Try a reset. Either hold the reset "button" down for 10 seconds and release or unplug the power connector from the back and wait a minute or so before pluggin back in.
