Apart from GPS, for me the camera is also my second most use function of my phone or tablet; and I guess it is the same for most users. Therefore, I decided to do a few tests with the Pixi camera by comparing it with the HTC One A9 that I am currently using. All photo have been resized to fit this post to 1024 pixel maximum height/width (300 pixel/inch) using Adobe Photoshop. All photos have been captures using camera auto mode with focusing by tapping the area of the image I wanted to focus on.
The above is taken under extremely dark environment, where my usual model Bowie was sitting in the corner of his hideout. Under this condition, we can say that the Pixi 7 does not function well.
As a conclusion, I feel the camera performance of the Pixi 7 is not up to the standard that I would like to use as a camera for me to record daily event.
Bye for now and Happy New Year.
