Mother Goose has made her delivery of my golden egg: Samsung Galaxy Note 10+

Now what!

Well, it's SMART SWITCH time. I will be moving from another android device to the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+.

Switching is never easy, but with Samsung’s Smart Switch it goes beyond just moving over your contact list.

It backs-up your entire phone.

Available options to bring over to your Samsung Galaxy Note 10+:

  • Calls and contacts
  • Messages
  • Apps
  • Settings
  • Home Screen
  • Images
  • Videos
  • Audio
  • Documents

Once it has finished you get a nice readout of how many items were backed up.

For me, they are as follow, but I typically keep these items backed up in my cloud.

The point is you can select and choose what is best for you  The whole process took less than 10 min.

Contacts: 1094 items

Call Log

Messages: 13572 items

Calendar 19 items

Apps: 212

Images: 64 items/143MB

Videos: 8 items/925 MB

Music: 6 items/177 MB

Documents: 81 items/59 MB

Once your new device says “You’re ready to go” it will still organize and update those items you selected to copy behind the scene.
