The Hero should default your username to your email address without the @servername.com. Did you check to see if this is the correct username for your service? I know my company uses another User ID, and some use the full email address.
Yes, it's the correct username and password on my server. I tried the username with and without the domain attached. I even closed Outlook on my PC and restarted so that I had to rekey the password to make sure I'm entering the correct password.
Try leaving the domain field blank and if that does't work, try "ihost" in the domain field.
Report back and we can go from there.
I get to keep the Hero, I got exchange working!!!
For my hosted exchange account thru Sherweb I had to set the following values:
Server Address: webmail.ihostexchange.net
User Name: <SAM account name>
Now all my emails, contacts, and calendars are on my phone.
