7 plus doesn't ring

My 7 plus doesn't ring on incoming calls. It'll only vibrate. But , if connected to a Bluetooth speaker, the incoming ring tone will come through the speaker. I've been through all of my settings and checked everything. I can't get my phone to ring on incoming calls  or notify sound from any alerts.

 

Can somebody help me please...!!!

Hello BearHands,

 

Is it possible that you currently have the phone on "Do Not Disturb"? You can check it on the Control Center.
