So I cancelled my service about two weeks ago. Was told that after I had paid the final bill they would be able to unlock my iphone. Now they telling me that the phone wasn’t in the account for more than 50 days and it can’t be unlocked.
I know one of the requirements is for the phone to be active in the account for more than 50 days. But in my case, I had my phone replaced by apple about 12 days prior to cancelling my service. I have told them that I can send prove that my iphone was replaced by apple. I was with Sprint for more than 11 years, and I feel like they are not helpful at all. Has anyone else gone thru this.
