I ported to Sprint yesterday after continuing 7 years with AT&T. I am only seeing 3G in my network bar. Data is not working for me at all. I tried everything that Sprint customer care suggested like network resetting. some ## codes etc.
I went to Sprint store and they changed the sim as well but of no use. There is no network issue in my area because I am using Sprint in my other phone and I am getting LTE on it.
Is something not provisioned on my phone correctly?
