Sprint refuses to unlock my iphone

Phone is paid off, bill is current, it's been a week and they still tell me I have to keep waiting. Even though they sent me an email saying it would be done in 48 hours!!

No one ever told us to keep the phone connected to WiFi at all times: 😞 we we're told to keep it turned on, with the sprint SIM in it. We have done that! I am aware of the CTIA agreement that Sprint is also part of and what you are doing is absolutely against those stipulations. I want someone to fix this right away, there is no reason to have had to wait over a week to have this done.

I can submit a ticket for you and get this resolved. I just wanted you to know that there's steps you have to take as well, while the ticket is in progress. I'm sending you a private message now.

the CTIA agreement doesnt exactly hold if one or more of the steps needed to unlock it is not in place.

you need to take also, while the ticket is in advancement. I'm sending you a private message now.
