Can't activate my new iPhone, so I called Sprint. After the expected 20 minute wait time, I spoke to a nice guy who tried to help, but to no avail. He then said, "let me get Apple on the line to figure this out." Of course, I thought he'd stay on too, but I went into an automated call where they asked for my phone's serial number,"created a case" and then told me to call back during business hours. Very frustrating.
