Apple iPhone 7 "No Service" issue

Apple recently confirmed a small percentage of iPhone 7 devices had a component fail on the main logic board, causing the device to show “No Service” even if cellular coverage is available. Apple will repair impacted devices, free of charge for customers, by sending their device to an Apple Repair Center.

  • iPhone 7 – No other iPhone versions, including the iPhone 7 Plus, are eligible for this service
  • Model A1660 – The model can be found on the back of the device.
  • Free of any other functional or physical defects.
