DISGUSTED 20 YEAR CUSTOMER

I've been a LOYAL Sprint customer for 20 years. I called to see what kind of Phone upgrade I could get and a lower cost Unlimited Everything Plan, but once again I was extremely disappointed!!  They apparently can offer New Customers an Unlimited Everything Plan for $35 but I can't get a plan better than the one I currently have for $55 unless I enroll in autopay (which I don't want to do)!! I also wanted to upgrade my phone to an iPhone 11 and the best they could do is 50% off. After 20 years, I would think that Sprint would give me a free iPhone 11 but No they won't!!! Now I'm contacting other providers since I can leave and get a better Phone and plan!!!!!!
