I have an iphone 6S that is fully paid off and I've requested it to be unclocked. Sprint is telling me that I need to open a case that might take a month to unlock the phone. However, in looking at your unlock policy, don't see any reason why we can't unlock this asap. My account is in good standing, and the phone is fully paid off. Can someone please help us get this resolved? The in person Sprint team is not properly addressing our concerns.
