Payment arrangements bad customer service

I recently been told my services will be cut off because I missed the pay arrangement deadline but from what I was told from sprint agency when I spoke with them is that they will give me an extension I guess that was wrong because now their asking for money I don’t have until the end of the week!!!! I’ve been a very loyal customer since I started and for them to be so rude and have me on hold so long to never have the supervisor come on while going through this hardship!!!!! Sprint will no longer see me as a future customer!!!!
