Sprint does not support eSIM on eSIM capable iPhone lineup. True?

I got next comment from Sprint agent at chat.

Christina P: 4:37PMWould like to inform you that, Sprint doesn’t support eSIM on our eSIM capable iPhone lineup so it will not support Dual SIM with two Sprint numbers but that doesn’t mean that the device cannot be activated on Sprint with a Physical SIM.

Sprint doesn’t support eSIM on our eSIM capable iPhone lineup so it will not support Dual SIM with two Sprint numbers.... Is this first statement true?

Unfortunately, that device does not support eSIM. Other than tablets and wearable. the only phones that can support it at this time are Google Pixel models. With eSIM functionality Dual SIM will eventually be enabled, however, currently our eSIM devices are not capable of it.
