Sprint saying they didn’t receive phone

They are saying they never received my return kit that I returned over a month ago and charging me for the device and a cancellation fee......something crooked is going on. Time to switch providers smh

No thanks...... sprint can find their own lost device, I’m done with the situation and sprint.
