I'm having the same issue where my IPhone 6 plus is not activating on Sprint. I went in today got a brand new Sprint SIM card and Sprint ported my number from T-Mobile over creating my Sprint account, but my iPhone 6 will not activate on Sprint even though my phone is compatible and my number has been ported over to Sprint. Reading through the feed responses on here it sounds like the IMEI # may be missing from the Sprint database. Is there a support specialist on this forum that can reach out to me to get this resolved asap? I have no working phone until this is resolved!! thank you in advance.

I have a similar issue with my verizon galaxy s10 plus. It works on every career except my sprint line. I feel like my imei number has to be added on the data base too. can some one please help me?
