iPhone 11 - pre-installed photo/video editing app

Hello:

To the ones that received their iPhone 11 (standard, Pro, Pro Max), did yours come with a pre-installed app that has different filters on there, one of them having an animated/comic book theme to it?  I belive the app can do it for both photos and videos.  

I had to do a reset on mine (11 Pro Max) and I no longer have the app.  Does anyone know what the app is called?

It should just be in the Photos app where you can edit your pics directly.

@Megntron_Sprint Thank you.  I was able to figure it out with the help of one of the guys at Apple.  It's the Clips app that I was thinking of.
