EMAIL (OUTGOING) problem

  can anyone tell me whats going on with outgoing e-mail of road-runners from my samsung reclaim? everything was fine, then all of a sudden, I can only receive e-mails I can NO LONGER send them!!! please text me <removed PTN>, if you have an answer, or where to find one. thanks.

I had checked with someone in the Messaging department; here's his response:


Have the customer try checking the outgoing server (see below from the support team). Also, make sure they don’t access the POP account from the PC and device at the same time as that will give a S7122 error.

RoadRunner:
With all RoadRunner accounts you are given a specific email domain. Your domain is everything in your email address after the @ sign.
Example: test@wi.rr.com    Domain = wi.rr.com

Here are the settings you'll enter if you had the email address above:
Email address: test@wi.rr.com
password: ******

Incoming mail server: pop-server.XX.rr.com  (Example: pop-server.wi.rr.com -- Make sure you use your specific domain for this and replace the XX.)

Outgoing mail server: smtp.sprintpcs.com
You do not need to change any other settings, leave everything as default.
