Is anybody else having trouble with Intercept's new firmware?

Three weeks ago, an update was sent to my Intercept and it self installed.  It took out my GPS, and video streaming stops after about a minute.  I went to the local Sprint store, they decided to bring in a new handset, and the same thing happened. It came with the original software, and as soon as I had it turned on for about an hour (all the features apps worked fine) it self installed the new firmware and again took out GPS and streaming.  Anybody else having trouble?  I have been on Sprint's back about this, as I depend on the navigation, but so far nobody has responded with a solution.

First for your GPS – Open browser – Menu>>More>.Settings Clear cookies, cache and history.  Then turn off GPS – do a battery pull and then reactivate GPS.

The streaming is something that Sprint Advanced Tech support should be able to retrigger the correct streaming settings   (MediaStream HTTP Reset)
