Troubleshoot downloading games and ring tones

When you have to replace or exchange a device any content from your previous does not move over at all. Depending on your make and model and how you purchased your games should direct back to website to re-download your content...i.e. if from the Digital Lounge you would log back into sprint.com and under digital lounge would have a list or your games and ringers purchased to resend to your new device.
