my sprint music plus does not work

Everytime since April that I've tried accessing the app it says i cant because I'm not a valid Sprint customer, and to contact sprint customer service. Been doing that since then and no resolve. Keep getting the runaround. Anyone else had this issue

GReece89, are you a Sprint Post-paid or Sprint Pre-paid/Forward customer?  I'm Sprint Prepaid/Forward and have been experiencing the same issue, but was told this and most all Sprint mobile applications are NOT for prepaid/Forward customers -- we have no apps!  Not even Ringback Tones!  Customer service merely says to make a suggestion and they'll make a note of it.  If they get many customers to request it, then "maybe" they might make it available.  Smiley Frustrated
