I just received a call from a women on behalf of ole Dan and she basically just repeated the same info that was just posted on the blog page, 90% blah blah, but she assured me that my feedback was heard, lol, I'm sure it was heard and discarded with all the rest.
Just got email today from someone named Sean Colletti, an Account Specialist. Of course it says the same stuff that is already on here and tells me that I need an Android phone to get the app. No phone call yet. So I am still in the very ticked off 10% who will not get to enjoy Nascar the way I used to with my phone. I will not be renewing my contract in 2013. If I could afford to cancel all 3 phones and my internet today I would. Sprint has lost my business and the rest of my families for good.
I totally feel your pain. You get a contract, cannot upgrade, and then get screwed on no NASCAR mobile. What a change from last season! Now that they offer iPhones, Sprint has left the rest of us in the cold!
Now I find this out at the start of the season! Who has time for this BS. I totally feel everyone's pain and just want to chuck my phone in the trash!
I got a text message from Sprint yesterday about using Sprint TV to watch the Duel yesterday.....Low and behold, it didn't work on my phone!
i contacted them and all that gave was the official statement that it was changing on feb 17 2012 and that needed to upgrade to a new phone even if wasnt time. I basically told them, i leaving sprint this ridiculous.
