Just about everytime I open the Sprint Zone application, there is a message at the bottom of the screen indicating that account data could not be updated and to try again later. Why does this message appear everytime I open the Sprint Zone application?
Thanks for your post. I will send some email to see what may be going on. I actually have been experiencing the same issue on my Note2. Hopefully I'll get a response back today and I'll post what I find out.
My guess is that I am getting this because there is no data service available at the time that I opened the Sprint Zone application. I am opening the Sprint Zone application specifically to access the help section and run a voice/data test.
