TIMELY RESPONSE NEEDED

I am expecting a credit this month on my bill since there has been a cell tower problem in my area and I have not had service all month.  I have called customer support twice and visited the corporate store and I cant even get an answer on when the tower will be fixed.  I have two phones near contract end dates and this will be your last chance to keep me as a customer if you do not do right by me.

Thanks for posting. Within Columbiaville, I see that upgrades are ongoing to bring LTE and our Network Vision services to the area. Can you let me know your zip code and cross streets so I can narrow the area down and check out your most local tower? Thanks!
