Hello. My name is Emmanuel. I joined sprint over 4 months now. Then I add my sister under my line which I was told I will receive 100$ when I do that. I did receive. And also I added another line. And it is taking forever for that card to come. I called and chat with agent and they said it will come in 3 to 4 weeks. This issue has been going to almost a month now. I didn’t hear anything. I have screen shoot of the last chat with the chat specialist. This is not just a very good way to treat a customer. I feel like I’m been played. If nothing is done ASAP. I might take a step to sue someone.

Hello this is also my problem I add a line last May 11 2019, they said I will get a$200 visa reward card but nothing came.. I talked to a lot of representative I even went to the store and talk to the guy who assist me but he just keep me waiting and just made a promise to fix it but again nothing happen.. I don’t know who to talk to , to fix this and solve this problem of mine..
