I recently disconnected my Sprint service for numerous reasons. I was informed I needed to return my Airave or pay for it. I was told via telephone I could "return it to any Sprint store" or "Call and request a return shipping label."
I drove 15 minutes to the nearest Sprint. Waited 15 minutes for a Sprint representative who said I cannot return it to a Sprint store, and it can only be done via telephone. Please mail me a return kit for the AIRAVE not a phone (I have read this is commonly done). I will gladly return it ASAP.
