This is very frustrating. I’ve been trying to change my caller id on both my lines since I opened my plan. I submitted the new names online waited the 72 hours and it shows on our account. However, it made no difference on actual phone calls. It keeps saying we are whoever had the number before us. I’ve talked to a few specialist about this who promised they have made the necessary changes and it still isn’t fixed. What’s going on?

What is the name that's displaying? Is this someone you know or that is on the current account? The phones that it's been tested on, do they know who this person on the caller ID is?
The name on the caller ID is “Ervin Viveros.” We have no idea who that is. We tried changing both of our lines and the new names show up on our account. However, when we actually call people it remains unchanged.
