I haven't been able to get my s9+ to connect to data for two days now. I was in Indianapolis and now back in Seattle. Tried switching from Auto to lte to whatever the other connection types are like.

This is fixed! We did a network refresh and got the data going again.
If you have the same problem, here are the steps.
•If the phone is off you should hold down the Power key for a short while to switch on the smartphone.
•Now go to Home Screen --> Settings.
•Then scroll down the list of settings and tap General management.
•After that choose Reset and Reset Network Settings.

do you know of any other Sprint phones around you? and if so are they seeing the same thing or no?
