I would like information on how to file a complaint against a Sprint store/employee. 20 days ago, I visited a Sprint store in Chicago and was leased a phone that has been malfunctioning consistently since I started using it. The employee misrepresented the terms of the lease to me. The employee also did not mention the 14-day window in which I could swap the phone or cancel the lease. Now that I am six days outside of that window, the store will not swap my phone or cancel the lease. There are more troubling details about the egregiously bad service I received at the store, which I would like to include in a more complete complaint to Sprint corporate.
