I am a customer for close to 20 years and over the last month appalled by the customer service reps on chat and live.
Where red can I file a complaint I was outright lied to. I was told a email that didn’t work and a number that just goes to live agent . No one will help. What happened to email@example.com or all the helpful agents. I guess sprint doesn’t care about how loyal you are I guess it’s time to switch to ATT !
