It has been one month since I spoke to one of your wonderful customer service representatives. His name is Chris and I believe he said he was in Kansas City. I was transferred to his department and I believe it was a quality control department.
He helped me look at my bill and recommended cost saving measures, such as applying for military discount (my husband is a Veteran) and changing my plan. He was patient and extremely informative. He worked tirelessly. I left the conversation happy and relieved. Chris was able to answer all of my questions and solve all of my problems.
