Hi. I am having the same issue as above. We had an iPhone 7 that was experiencing the known issue with No Service and Apple replaced. This replacement happened about 1 week ago but we are still using the original SIM card from Sprint for the past 2 years. I asked Sprint to unlock the phone but they keep telling me they cannot for 50 days. This is unacceptable and really makes us feel like uncomfortable. Please help in getting iphone unlocked
