I get this message about 15 times per day. When I force stop Sprint ID, the messages stop for about a day, and then Sprint ID turns itself back on, and the error messages resume. I have a LG V20. I can't disable Sprint ID. It's greyed out. Anything I can do?

Yeah, I saw that thread already. It seems to contain a lot of dead ends. The only post that MAY have worked is to factory reset the phone. Since I just did that 3 months ago, I was hoping there would be another solution. How would I go about installing/finding the actual ID app itself, so I can try the steps above?
I reached out to the tech person on our team and he suggested that you try an update by dialing ##27263#
