I got my SIM card in the mail from sprint today. I am switching over from boost mobile and bringing my device (iPhone 8) with me. However when I go to the activation page on sprint it asks for a confirmation number and my zip code. I do not have a confirmation number. I only was sent the SIM card over the phone. help?
We can reset your network settings to see if that works for you. Here are the steps. After you're finished, try to make a call and let me know if that helps.

I got you, but without the confirmation number we can't activate your phone. You can go into one of our Sprint stores near you and they would be able to help you out.
