Hello, I am having this same problem on our Samsung Galaxy S9+ with Sprint. I was on chat and then phone calls with Sprint reps for over 2 hours and they said they can't fix it. Can someone please help us?
Voicemail never picks up and when we dial 1 or our number to set up voicemail, it just rings busy.
