I need my voicemail fixed also. Someone previously looked into it, but was unable to resolve it. I was told that I would need to speak with an actual Sprint tech, but decided not to bother with it at that time. However, I now have a need to get it fixed.
Any help would be appreciated.
I had the same issue. I'd been dealing with the frustration for well over a year, and had spent several hours on the phone with CS representatives who tried but were ultimately unable to help me. Finally today, over the course of a hand full of private messages and requiring a grand total of a few minutes of my time, the representative on here was able to fix this. Just wanted to post a public thank you to @RedCruzr_Sprint! I couldn't be more pleased with how friendly and helpful you were!
My voicemail does not work. I had Google Voice years ago but disabled it when I was told the integration was going away. I have tried all the *72. codes with no luck and still get the "Sorry, the number you called was busy. Please try again later." when trying to call voicemail.

I do have one additional question here 7 months after this was fixed for me...
I can now receive voicemails again, but I do not get a notification of any kind on my phone when I receive one. No text, no push notification, nothing. Is there a way to make this happen now that I am able to receive voicemail again?

If that does not work, do you have a Microsoft Exchange Activesync account set up on the phone ?
